Welcome to BUNZAI, where we don't just serve burgers, we serve passion on a plate.
This journey began more than a decade ago with a simple dream of mine to open a place where the humble smash burger could be celebrated and savored in all its glory. This isn't just about opening a burger restaurant; it is about bringing a dream to life, a dream that has marinated for over 10 years.
After years of meticulous preparation and fine-tuning, I felt we were finally ready to serve. But that doesn’t mean we’re done. We keep working and improving to make sure we make you the best burgers to best of our abilities.
Oh, and our name.. that’s derived from the popular manga magazine “Banzai!” I used to read in my childhood. The whole aesthetic of the Pop-Up is built around that
