Badi-Pommes!

A Conscious Decision

Initially, I decided not to serve fries due to our limited capacity as a pop-up and our infrastructure. I felt we're not yet equipped to make traditional fries from scratch. Creating the perfect fry is a challenge, requiring the right equipment and expertise to achieve that ideal crispy outside and fluffy inside.

However, after listening to our friends and patrons who yearned for that classic burger and fries experience, we've made a change to our menu. This is where “Badi-Pommes” come in. They're the beloved frozen fries you would encounter at Swiss outdoor pools or lake kiosks.

We want our customers to understand that these aren’t some fancy homemade fries. Yet, we still want to capture the essence of the classic snack but labeled intentionally to set expectations right.

But don't forget about our other side dishes! Our cucumber salad and Ttoek Kkochi – fried Korean rice cakes – are not to be missed. The Ttoek Kkochi, with its crispy exterior and chewy inside, offers a textural experience similar to fries but with a distinctively delightful twist.
